I met Megan and her Mom downtown on the Bluff walk to do her Senior Portraits. It was a nice evening and we just walked from place to place along the walkway. Then we went over to the Old City Cemetery to get some green into her portraits. I really enjoyed working with Megan and can't wait to help her choose her Senior Portrait products.

I recently got in some new sample products. An album and image box. The image box can hold 4x6 prints. Prints can be mounted or not. This one holds 250 non mounted prints or 40 mounted prints. As you can see the box can be customized with photos and their name. The box closes with a rubber loop.
The album is so nice. This album has a custom photo cover and the images are mounted to a thick card stock. The book opens up and lays nicely. What a wonderful way to keep your images to view for years to come.
I was excited to get a chance to capture Megan in her domain. The softball field! I am pretty sure she has spent hours and hours on the mound throwing. Her dedication has paid off and she will be attending Campbell University and playing for them after she graduates next year.
I had a great time capturing her. We did some in her uniform, sporting her college t-shirt and a very cute, softball appropriate outfit. I love the baseball T and chucks!!!
It took me a few times to press the shutter at just the right time to get her at the top while she was pitching, but I got it and she got in a little practice!

Recently I got to shoot some images of my niece. We never did a formal Senior shoot before her senior year so we got it in now. So it was a "I graduated, going to JMU shoot"! As you can see she is a dancer! I have been taking pictures of Ashton since she was little and it is hard to believe that she is off to college soon. I know she will do great!!! I have no doubt she will love it!!!

Last Sunday evening was a beautiful evening for a Senior shoot. I met Zac and his Mom on his grandfathers farm. When I showed up he had all the locations picked out. I loved that he had thought about it!!! Zac was very relaxed and I had a great evening with him and his Mom.
Zac plans on joining the ROTC at VA Tech after High school and maybe one day joining the Army. I think that's great!!! All the best wishes in whichever path you choose.
