Class of 2020 in the 1920's - Lynchburg VA Senior Photographer

I had to jump on the bandwagon for the 1920’s theme that’s going on this year. I mean.. The Class of 2020 was perfect for a 1920’s inspired photoshoot. We got to shoot at the gorgeous Virginian Hotel in Downtown Lynchburg VA. Make up was done by In Your Face Makeup Art and hair was done at the Color Contour Salon! The ladies looked ready for a night on the town and dancing IF they lived in the 1920’s.

I thought the dresses looked beautiful on them! Thank you ladies for participating and I hope you all had fun!

Valentine's Day Photoshoot - Lynchburg VA Senior Photographer

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve blogged! This was a shoot I’ve always wanted to do. A holiday and picking just one color to concentrate on. Red, was the obvious choice for Valentine’s Day! Got some clothes, recruited some senior ladies, got a large bear and some balloons and we rocked it out! They got into the ballon fight a tiny bit too much but no one go hurt :)

Thanks to Ashley Ancheta for doing such a stellar job on their makeup!

Stacy - City Girl Senior Portraits - Lynchburg VA Portraits

This city girl can also kill it on the volleyball court! Stacy wanted her love of the city to show in her portraits so downtown was an obvious choice. We were sure to go across the river so we could get some views of the city in the background.

We shot her volleyball portraits a few weeks prior at Jefferson Forest! I really loved the red bleachers! They look so awesome and her black uniform popped against them!

Jordan - Fall on the Farm Senior Portraits - Lynchburg VA Senior Portraits

I worked with Jordan twice this year. Once in the late summer and once in late October. So she got green and fall color! We shot at the Old City Cemetery and on her Family’s farm. Her grandmother came along as the scarf connoisseur. She carried the multiple scarves we got the choose from for her fall images!

Thank you Jordan for asking me to capture your senior portraits!!

Jade - Senior horseback riding session - Bedford VA Senior Photographer

Jade is a force of nature. That’s the best way to describe her. A tiny thing that commands this large horse at ease. She’s been riding most of her life so she’s got it down. It was fun working with her a Zip. Of course working with any animals presents it challenges but we took our time and worked it out!

For her other session we shot in downtown Bedford! I love her unique style and that she wore her hair different! So much fun to photograph in that area and since she lives in that area it was a perfect choice.
